What are the maintenance requirements for shell and tube heat exchangers?
(1) Core pulling, and tube bundle and shell cleaning.
(2) Carry out welding and expansion of the tube bundle and replace the single tube.
(3) Check the tube box and its internal accessories, floating headcover, hook ring, outer headcover, nozzle and its sealing surface, replace the gasket and test the pressure.
(4) Replace some bolts and nuts.
(5) Shell heat preservation, repair and corrosion protection.
(6) Replace the tube bundle or shell.
